San Diego has a car seizure law, but is for solicatation..

So if a cop catches you with a prostitute they cannot impound your car unless you or the sw admit to solicitation. You can recieve a ticket for indecent exposure, which means you might become a registered sex offender.

Now there has been a fairly heavy police presence on west ecb. This is due to all the new bsw's in town. Just get a good feel for how heavy the cops are cracking down. Take the usual precautions and drive a good distance from ecb.

Cruised today same time as Hizark... funny, we might have seen each other! I did see a bunch of SWs though, west of the 805, nothing east of it. First one I saw was this extremely striking blonde, medium build, wearing a short jeans skirt and a white tight top. She frankly looked to clean, classy, and pretty to be a streetwalker, but what the hell is she doing on ECB in that kind of clothing? Very, very pretty.

Saw two BSWs walking on the bridge over the freeway together. It was so obvious, one of the girls had this extrememly short skirt and high heels, but she was way too skinny for my tastes.

Saw a rather large dirty blonde SW get into a guy's SUV, but when I made a U-turn a few mins later I saw her still on the streets, so I guess she asked too much money (and for what? She classifies as obese).

I saw a lot of older looking heavier women sitting on bus benches, I don't know what they are really, but one was wearing a really short skirt and high heels...

Finally, the best for last! As I was driving east bound on ECB, right before Fairmont Ave., I barely saw what looked like a medium build Latina get into a guy's white pickup, and her BSW friend waved bye to her. As I was driving by the car I got a good look at both her and the guy, the guy looked like a middle aged Mexican with a mustache and the girl actually looked pretty, curly hair I think. For some bizarre reason I got a better look at the guy and not the girl, but when she was getting in I saw her rear and legs, short jeans skirt and nice tan legs. Like I said, medium build propably.

Well, that's that. I did count three cop cars. One was somewhat waiting next to that video rental store, and when the light turned red and I stopped, it was because there were two black girls in nice clothing slooooowly walking up an interesecting street to ECB, the two cops inside the car were staring daggers at them but the girls just walked casually by. I don't think they were SWs to tell the truth.

Normal South Florida poster will be traveling out to the area in 2 weeks and am looking for the best places in the San Diego area to visit. I will also be traveling as far north as LA. I agree PsyberZombie, a few days ago I saw this really, really attractive blonde in a nice skirt and was POSITIVE she was a sw, right in the middle of ECB.... until she got in a store, walked out with a bag of merchandise, and met a group of her friends (male and female alike) at that chicken restraunt west of the 805. Lets face facts: ECB is right next to San Diego State University, and a lot of college kids tend to go out after classes and just walk around and shop, completely oblivious to the fact that ECB is a hub for prostitution. I wasn't critisizing anyone in particular, just making a general statement that the closer you get to SDSU, the more likely the chance of girls being students are, that's all. I go to SDSU and the fact of the matter is that a lot of students walk around there, especially at night after going to Effin's Pub or whatever.

PsyberZombie has been around a long time. He has a lot of good posts and his opinion deserves respect. With that respect, bro, here is why I think you are wrong on this one:

I'm not defending all photo posts because there are some that are crap. I'll stick with what I know -- the majority of the ones posted on this thread are legit and helpful. I do most of my mongering in the daytime on the ECB stroll. Sometimes it is great. Sometimes it is dead. Most often it is somewhere in between. I only know the San Diego scene but here on ECB during the day it is usually very clear which girls are working and which are not. Most mongers in San Diego with more than a couple of months under their belts should be able to know which girls are working and which are not. Most businesses know it (and complain about it) The cops know it too -- better than anyone else. This board helps even the odds by sharing info. The Union Tribune reported yesterday that soon ECB will have a camera mounted by 30th Street to deter prostitution. Those are the only photos which will worry me. We need all the help we can get now.

Regarding the four girls in DonHo's recent photos, I've been with two of them and know they are not civilians. A third girl I've seen out on the stroll for years and although she ain't my bag, I know she is no civilian. I don't know the fourth but she does not look like a random chick to me. I appreciated the photos and know how hard it is to get face shots like that. Others like Clicker do a great job and I've had some good scores because of them.

Regarding photos in general, I belong to this forum because I want to get as much sex as much as possible for as little coin as possible. I post photos because I want others to post San Diego photos too because that information helps me to see what is out there and compare notes, PM or otherwise. Seeing a photo of a chick with a report of when and where she was seen helps me decide if and when to go out. We can often even put a name with the chick and flag which ones to avoid. Even photos without a post that has "when" "where" and "how much" info can help because someone else can respond with info after seeing the photo. SW photos from other cities are interesting to me because I can see what else is out there and if I travel, I know what areas are hot without having to look at each thread. Some posts are fake and some photos are crappy. I dont' see anyway for Jackson to prevent that.

From reading the various threads over the last year, I believe that the vast majority of members want the photos, some because its interesting to them and they like to look, some because it helps them monger and compare notes. For some, like me, its both reasons. Jackson has posted rules. Photos that violate the rules can be pulled. Its his bandwith not ours.

While I'm on the topic, I've noticed that for those that don't like sw photos, the complaints are usually one of the following--

1. Photos could help cops id and bust streetwalkers -- I don't see this at all. Cops know who the streetwalkers are and, in San Diego, are usually very efficent in running them off.

2. Photos could help cops id and bust mongers. -- I dont' see this either. First, all photos should be cropped or have non sws faces blurred. The vast majority of the photos I've seen don't contain information that would incriminate a monger. I have seen several photos which show a license plate or a girl leaning into an auto. That is not cool and those photos should not be posted. Even then, a cop cannot bust someone for talking to a known sw. To post a photo, it needs to be resized to a point where it cannot be downloaded and enlarged to show more detail without losing most of the definition. Worrying that some LE somewhere is blowing up these photos and getting info to arrest mongers is paranoia to me. Check out this a-hole for an example of someone with a camera that you should be concerned about.

3. It is uncool/wrong to post a photo of girl who is not a sw. -- I agree with that. I think most of us have no interest in civilian photos or "maybe" photos but the answer is not to only post photos of girls you have had. Use common sense. Most mongers who have been at it for more than a couple of months can spot "the look". I've seen some photos on the general board of girls who don't look like sws to me. Psyber -- you posted a funny comment about a girl pushing a lawnmower a while back and that cracked me up. Whoever took that picture lacked a basic ability to figure things out. The majority of the photos of sws I've seen do have "the look" or at least are not obvious college girls, welfare moms, etc. Is there a guarantee? Not often, but we each take what we want from the photo. I think it is a wasted post to write something like "I dont' think the girl in photo 3 looks like a sw" or "she looks young to me". There is nothing helpful with that info. I've seen mongers get flamed for posting a photo of a girl that "may be" a sw. I don't like flames but criticising maybe postings is fine with me. If there is a doubt, it should not be posted.

4. SW photos are for lurkers and voyeurs who just want to look and get off. The photos provide no useful info and take up too much space. -- I don't get that argument either. Jackson knows how much space he has and it's his call. As I said above, I think many photos have usefull info. Even if they don't, why not just skip them? I agree that some sw photos from camera phones have no helpful info. But I skip those photos and don't let it slow me down. Many are crap but some are okay. If a camera phone photo shows enough to supplement a post about when and where a girl was out and how attractive she was, it's worth it. A smoking 7 to some is a 4 or 5 to others. I've seen some posts regarding hot sws and when a photo comes up later, she don't look hot to me at all. Even poor quality photos can help.

I think the bottom line is that if Jackson sees a problem, he will change the rules to elimate postings that take up too much space. This site serves a variety of interests. Photos of faceless girls with spunk on them is not my bag, but I skip over those photos. 10 blurry photos of the same sw bug me but they're thumbnails and easy to skip over. Seeing postings of 5 craigslist photos with a question "Has anybody been with anyone of these" is a waste of time to me but I skip over them. Mongers that only post requests for info or flame or only complain about things waste space and bug me but I usually ignore them.
