You could be right. I haven't seen alot of advertisement for the houses. So something must be going on. I've reached out to about 3 or 4 of them & nothing.

Just got in town last night. My goal is picking up a a civilian didn't go exactly as planned so I ended up with a CG that I was able to negotiate with to a reasonable rate in the wee hours of the morning. Find a spanish ad, text them, they'll respond with rates and location sometimes pics then you know you have a house and go there.
