Exercise is definitely the key to losing weight fast. But man these things make me not want to eat a lot, so I got to force myself to at least eat 100 g of protein per day. Workout 3 x a week, 1 hr, too easy.
I'm using retatrutide though, it adds on another weapon compared to terzepitide. Can't wait for it to be FDA approved, it's going to be a game changer.

Has anyone tried Rugiet? I got some and my experience has been mixed. On one hand I think the apomorphine does help but I get a little nauseous.
Anyone else experienced that?

Anyone else experienced that?[/QUOTE]I guess I was a lucky one and had no side effects. The only downside I feel is the price and that you need to treat it like a gummy or a soft chew. You know not keep it in your pocket for too long or something where it'll get too warm. Other than that I thought it worked great and fast. GL!
A provider was saying I was causing her a lot of my pain because of my pubic hair. But I've been shaving the same way and never had complaints from any other provider I've seen before.
This is my process. I use a safety razor, shave soap, and pre shave between reapplying shave soap. I always shave with the grain, never against the grain. Then I stretch my skin a bit so the folds don't get caught in the razor. Two passes max. Is there a better way to shave down there?

Shaving causes micro cuts and abrasions which will make you much more susceptible to STDs even with a condom on.
Shaving also gives sharper edge hairs which seem to be poking her causing her discomfort.

I always just thought it would be fine if I shaved with the grain. For hair removal cream, how does that work? Do I apply it, let it sit for a few minutes and just rinse off?
Edit: also do you have any recommendations for a good brand of removal cream to use?

After waiting the max recommended time (8 min) I use the plastic scoop to scrape everything off with the grain of the hair. After I'm finished and clean everything up, I do the test where you use your inner forearm and rub against the hairs to see if it still feels abrasive. It still feels as abrasive as if I were using a safety razor to shave. Can anyone give me advice on how to shave my pubes without leaving it all sharp and abrasive?

Are you trying to remove hair from the shaft or trying to do a Brazilian? Whatever you do, DO NOT shave your shift. As soon as stubbles grow even 12 hours later you'll be basically shoving sandpaper into her pussy. Just bite the bullet and pluck it with tweezers. Yeah it hurts.

Hard enough that if its starting to grow and if it's up to a few millimeters long it's pockey enough to cause discomfort.
Try waxing, if it removes the follicles you'll have a longer window of time before it grows back and for the skin to heal. Remember you're susceptible to STDs while your skin is broken even with a condom on.
Maybe try some sort of strong hair softener in that area when its starting to grow out.
Or maybe allow it to grow slightly long enough that it doesn't poke anymore.
