I've gotten BBFS from at least one provider from each of the agencies, but with the exception of one, it was always on the second or third visit. I always make sure I'm clean before I go and I always treat them with the utmost respect. If they say no when I ask, I don't push it at all.
It's best to assume you will not get BBFS and if you click with a provider, just play it by ear and hope for the best. With the high rotation rate, even if you manage to get BBFS from one, she'll probably be gone before you can start seeing her regularly. I've gotten very lucky, but it was just that, lots of luck.
