I'm a massage therapist and long time monger. It's illegal to advertise as a massage in the state of NC unless you're licensed. That's why you see the word spa and bodyrub. There's a fairly new place Sunshine Spa that from my experience is legit only but of course YMMV. I don't think the owner dude that's always sitting at the front desk is going to let much happen with his wife giving massages. You didn't say what area you're staying but Charlotte spas are about hh drive.

Had a great visit here with Cookie. Pink was on vacation. Excellent experience. Same treatment as Pink. Need to come here on business more often.

I was in Atlanta yesterday and got a referral to Coco Spa in Marietta off I 75. First, it's all Mexican ladies, second all were hot, not all young but mostly young. Finally it was more like a Nevada brothel which gives optional massages. It was off the charts in quality and offerings. I had 2 different ladies stated 3 hours ($1 per hour) filled 2 bags and left relaxed. If you are in that area you need to treat yourself.
