Back here in chi we have so many red light cams, park and school speed cams and then generally from what I am told the entire city is pretty much under surveillance, we roll by night, generally speaking. I am just getting my education on you guys so I don't wind up in metro overnite when I do visit. I mean I am chi-town all the way in look so with a rental car I am sure I will stick out like a sore thumb. Therefore you brothers of the monger world out there help me out with these posts. It could be the camera was put up at a time when that was the best way for the cops to monitor potential crime hot-spots, but now it has largely been replaced by other technologies (and they don't see the need to spend the time and money to take it down).

Saw there a few pretty sketchy people doing drug deals. So it may be a reason. Someone got killed more behind BOA a few years ago I believe.

I have never seen more police on that street. The last three weeks I've seen more than in the last four months put together.

Sometimes you can run across an opportunity anywhere in this town.

Last week around noon I was leaving a gas station at Flamingo and Durango and noticed a good looking, tall, white, well proportioned, apparently homeless gal with long light brown hair up pulled up walking across the parking lot. I pulled up on her, rolled down my window and she came over. I handed her 2 bucks saying "You look like you could use this. " She thanked me and said something like boy can I, it's been a bad day. So then I did what I've done many times with homeless gals, usually it doesn't work but every once in a while one will bite. I asked if she would like some more. Without hesitation she said yes (usually they hesitate). I told her I didn't have much but she got in my car anyway. Once in I said I only have $20, which was true. She accepted and off we went, found a spot in an apartment complex (I have very dark windows) and she gave me a better than average BBBJ, cimws.

In that area there are often homeless, most of whom will not "work" but as I mentioned, every once in a while one will bite but while chatting she told me she is always "working", sometimes in that area but mostly around the Walmart at the 215 and Rainbow. I wasn't shocked but I was a little surprised that rather than panhandling she was actually working out in the burbs. Unfortunately she didn't have a phone so I have nothing to share other than what I opened this post with. In this town you just never know where you will run into an unexpected opportunity. Keep your eyes open.

Did she have bolt ons and looked like a former stripper? If so, I've seen her at the Mcdonalds on twain and Durango.

I was on Maryland like 2014 and I met this homeless chick just came into the city but on my luck she was with some loser and I couldn't close the deal she was the hippie type but fricken hot!

Sitting at the bus stop at Rancho / Jones. I honked the horn while sitting at the light, she waved looking very delightful. Made the you-Turn and someone grabbed her. Coming out of the Draft House on Rancho Rd. Once again for lunch a few months back. Pulling out of the parking lot I was behind 2 Cars. The fist car, a truck had this cute young looking blond jump in his truck. She was walking north on Rancho. At first I wasn't sure if the blond knew the truck driver. Caught up to them at the light and glanced over. I could be wrong but it looked like She absolutely just met the elderly guy. I did not follow them. Rancho Road between Cheyenne and Lone Mountain has a growing amount of homeless women. Lastly, driving down Buffalo north of Lake Mead 3 Or 4 Weeks ago. Around 5 PM, super cute spaced out looking mid 20's Hispanic female listening to her I-POD Dancing walking down Buffalo. Pink sweatsuit looked like she had nice bolt ons. I turned the corner, did the turn around and called her over to my car. I was kind of paranoid as LE. Was everywhere on Buffalo at that time of the day. I asked her if she needed a ride or anything. She almost bit then she asked if I was LE. My light paranoia of the area at the moment made her run. She thought I was LE. You can find them' anywhere now days. Timing and luck.

Do you know more specificaly where near Walmart and 215? There are a ton of stores over there.

It seems they stay near the drainage pipes of the empty lot.
