Use a real phone, burner ok but no pc apps. Contact a lady that is showing as available today that you wish to see. Note that you are not really corresponding with the lady but rather the booker / screener. Let them know you need screened and when you would like to schedule and how long.
Normal is for them to request a work email address, there may be an alternative but you would have to ask them about any other options. Some are not okay with this screening which is understandable.
