Just for clarity's sake, my gripe was due to my estimated 18 minute short during my session. I also posted later that "5 to 10 minutes is an irritant and that anything over that is not acceptable."
HY brings up a very valid point, because in all fairness to the provider, if I show up late, I should expect that I could be shorted the amount of time I was tardy, as it was my fault and the providers may have a schedule to stick to as it could affect the customers who were after me. So save time and shower beforehand. Most places time starts as soon as they walk back in to begin the massage.
