I got one just wondering where if anyone want to discuss PM is good.

There's also another video store that probably had glory holes next to the Saint-Germain on Dillingham (might be out of business). I'm relatively new to Honolulu and the AMP playground that is here to be found and I have a question for some of you guys who have been around here for a few years. It seems like just a couple of years ago there was an even larger number of AMPs, Massage Parlors, and such to be found. I have seen references to places in the 1200 and 1300 block of S. King St. (Green Rose, Excel, Top Floor), others in Waikiki on Ena and on Kuhio, still others scattered around on Ala Moana, Kapiiolani, Ward, not to mention a number of businesses that worked out of Century Center that just aren't there anymore (especially the lower floors). It appears that there was some kind of major upheaval event that closed a great many going businesses in a short period of time.

Can someone enlighten me. Did they all close their doors at about the same time? Is this the equivalent of the major asteroid strike on the Honolulu AMP scene? What happened? When and how?

PM will be fine if posts on this topic aren't appropriate. Just trying to figure it all out since, for the time I've been involved in this arena, it appears to have grown. Not shrunk. Vanilia Spa is new in CC. Himawari Massage is new. There is a new "Foot Massage" place open on the 1st Floor of CC. It appears that Happiness has grown with 10 -12 girls working, as has Dream Therapy, and Pinetree. Doesn't seem like there is any lack of customers. Is this just the normal pattern of business life cycles coming together in a "perfect storm" of closures or did HPD go through a crackdown period not too long ago, or something else entirely?

People move on, go back home, get old, get tired of the stress, etc. Blue Star was Top Floor for a while; 2501 (now Vanilla) used to be another AMP but the owner moved, for example.

Personally, I miss Rainbow that was in the Makaloa Plaza; many young Korean girls with massive chests.

Didn't know where to post this. Anyone else notice the older Filipino guy (usually daytime) writing down license plates as cars enter. Whenever I exit and a car is coming in, I notice him write down their plate as they drive forward. I don't know if they have a "Parking Pass" or just "guest" parking. I'm thinking it's people with parking passes so they know who has them? I could be wrong but I don't like the fact that he's keeping a log. I know there's a lot of cameras there anyway but still I'm just paranoid. LOL.
