Had the exact same experience. Whatever price she quotes is the "get in the door" price (usually 300-400). Literally to do anything else is hundreds more. Worst kind of upsell ever. She looks like her photos but a little older. Still very hot. 700 for a topless terrible massage for about 5 minutes. She used to be a Vegas girl and boy does it show. She's all about upselling and taking all your money for the rock bottom minimal effort. Huge turn off for me. Kicked her out when she started asking for 300 to take her pants off (underwear on) for the massage. All around terrible experience. Never again.

Update on Latina Place on University
I got a few DM's about my recent posts on the Latina place on E University, just west of 44th Street. One of them was from a woman who claimed to have returned as of February as the "Manager". I have not verified that she is the Manager but I have no reason to doubt that she is. I thought I would pass on the useful bits of information that she told me, that clarify my earlier posts.
They are indeed very much open. And the "Manager" told me that they usually have two Latina girls there at any given time not one as I had presumed. She also confirmed that both appointments and walk ins are generally welcome and she said their hours are typically 10 am - 10 pm.
The "Manager" also said that she has been advertising mostly on rubrankings, adultlook, rubhq, bedpage, and skipthegames recently. She said that she hasn't been advertising recently on listcrawler / escort babylon because her account for that site was "hacked". She is trying to set up a new account there. She gave me the phone number that they have been using more recently and based on that I found the a couple of their recent ads that have that number in them:
