I've talked to some who get 100's of texts upon any ad being published. And, with this hobby, we can't even blame the government for that. It's crazy. To protect my own sanity I've given up on trying to understand. What I do is remember this is a luxury and not a necessity. I have my own boundaries with what I'm willing to tolerate from a provider and I stick to them. It's the hobbyists that allowed providers to walk all over them that ruin things for the rest of us.
