Neither side can be blamed really, if notification is given. But a provider going dark right before an appointment isn't a cancellation and that's what most of us complain about. It usually means someone else showed up, your pimp or dealer is intereferring, or your too strung out to wake up. Too many providers are unreliable that way.

I also explained that on the board if you would have took the time to read additional posts.
Sometimes things come up and I understand that. Things sometimes come up on my end also but I always communicate to the provider BEFORE the appointment time. When things come up on ya'lls end, all it takes is a quick call or text and then I'm good and can move on to plan B. The problem is, I rarely ever get the same courtesy extended to me.
