An old wise man (sometimes a wise guy, but most often a true wise man) once told me that it's never about how much money you spend legitimately, but about how much money you make legitimately (note emphasis on the legitimately, as too many scoundrels make money illegitimately or illegally). I was out scouting some locations last night and found a few spots that may be worth a second look. 103rd Street between 17th Ave and 7th Ave I saw one BSW nice booty about early 20's not beat down at all.
