Lovely, and right in the epicenter of the action on the stroll, too. Who would have guessed. Wondering if there will be increased LE pressure in that lot from now on, wondering also when the lot owners will put security in there and tell the girls to beat it. I'm going to put my money on this being a pimp and gang-related shooting. They park around that area of the lot and watch their girls and also talk and hang-out with other pimps. They're easy to spot, if I know what's going on just from observing then you can't tell me that SPD doesn't also know. All of these girls up from LA and working the Lowe's lot and the motels are all run by pimps in gangs, ALL of them. When the Seattle city council removed the prostitution loitering laws in 2020 and also stated that they won't charge any SW arrested for solicitation, they created a situation which allowed pimps to bring new girls to Seattle for grooming. This is all networked through national gangs. The population of young, hot SWs from out-of-town very suddenly exploded when they repealed those laws and refused to arrest/charge SWs, that was no coincidence. It's easy for pimps and traffickers to operate here as a result and the city council doesn't seem to get that.

Right now there are men who are waiting for their court dates for agreeing to a $50 blow-job with an undercover decoy, but yet the city does nothing in regard to the actual problem. To them this is all a john problem, the scene out on Aurora is all our fault. Forget the numerous social problems under-lying the issue, let's just point the finger at johns. They still believe that going after demand (the johns) is what will curtail prostitution. And it's not working. Since they've begun doing stings on a regular basis this year I've been maintaining an informal count, particularly during the evening commute drive time. Numbers of SWs aren't declining. But yet every time there's a john sting the city and SPD pat themselves on the back and say that they're combating trafficking, LOL. They've just been woefully inept. I'm aware that business owners along Aurora are also starting to band-together and complain, they've met with the North Precinct to tell them that the city's policy of going after demand has failed. Someone also needs to start going before the Seattle City Council, which I'm sure is coming at some point. Everyone is approaching this all wrong.

Two years ago the candidate for City Attorney, Nicole Thomas Kennedy, proposed de-criminalizing prostitution in Seattle. She was called a radical anarchist by the SPD police union. However I don't see Republican City Attorney Davison's policies of so-called "law and order" working, either. Obviously not on Aurora. Her solution is to arrest suspected johns. It's all just a money-grab for SPD as they get $1000 every time they impound a vehicle during a john sting. Nobody at the city-level is actually concerned about trafficking, the girls who work out there nor what's really going on. They just want to give lip-service to residents and collect that sting money. Okay, rant over.

I'm definitely going to stay out of the Lowe's lot from now on. I still get the feeling that some voodoo is coming for both that lot and the motels. Something's going to break.

While I've been driving through the neighborhood on my way to / from various places, I haven't really been spending a lot of time dedicated to cruising or watching the girl action along AA. I haven't seen the cops out there really since Winter / early spring. They have real crime to solve these days. Seriously I almost never see the cops out there anymore during the times I go out. During the last two winters they were posted up on almost every block because they have nothing to do.

FYI I spoke too soon in my earlier post, cops out all over tonight and they had men pulled-over all along Aurora all the way down to 85th. I watched a guy pull-over to talk to an SW right on Aurora across from Oaktree (dumbass), as soon as he drove away SPD nailed him and pulled him over. For what I don't claim to know, but it happened. They had cruisers stationed around various parts of AA. I saw another guy stopped by SPD down by 90th with an SW in his car whom I saw walking farther up the road not long prior. SPD had another guy stopped in the lot of Les Schwab. So they're still out there for sure. I don't know for what reason, I don't know what's going on, but that's what I saw. Whatever it is, it's a good reminder to keep your guard up and be smart about where and how you're stopping to talk with the girls.

Bit of a long shot here, but yesterday late afternoon I came across a BSW who seems to show up in Seattle during summer months, I ran into her last year and she's out there again this year, usually in the 100 blocks of AA. If you spend any amount of time in this scene this will eventually happen. I've had it happen and it'll probably happen again, I'm actually surprised stuff like this doesn't occur more often. There's no recourse, no way to take them to court or extract justice without committing a myriad of other crimes in the process, most of which we squares aren't willing to do. And a lot of them know this. Further, when you go to her room you're in her place which she can control, probably a pimp in the next room or in the parking lot. They also know that the city views them as being victims so you'll be the one who feels the weight of LE the most if they have to show-up to her room in which you happen to be. For them this is not really about providing services, it's about getting your money. They spend more time putting on ridiculously long eyelashes and make-up than they do servicing johns, it's a just a hustle and a trap to lure you in to get the cash. As little activity as possible for the shortest amount of time as possible. Since they travel from city to city, they aren't interested nor concerned with building a regular clientele upon which they can depend, so they don't care if they burn each new john who picks them up. Myself, I almost always avoid the traveling girls, and they stick-out like drag queens in the Marines so they're generally easy to spot, and almost never approach the SWs working the area around the motels, 125th, Lowe's / KK or 127th. Some gems can be found, yes, but with increased police stings in that area and the low-class ghetto street attitude of the girls around those areas in general, I just avoid. The other thing is that even if you verify services, and be careful doing that around the Lowe's lot at your window because that's where most of the stings have been staged, she can still choose to hustle you out of that once you get back to her environment. My opinion here, but this is how it rolls out there.

I've been scammed plenty of times by girls who just flat out lie to you. For the first time in a long while I spent the prior evening out cruising with intent. The result was generally a somewhat hostile evening. The first SW I met was a beautiful Latina girl, probably around 19 or 20 (I need to start asking again, as if that does any good), very short green skirt and spinner little body. I turned at the corner as she was only half-way up the block and nowhere near the corner nor the crosswalk. I should have left, but you know, I just can't resist ridiculous people. I narrowed my eyes inquisitively and leaned into her face and asked, "are you [I]stupid[/I]?". It was weird. She gave up in a hough and walked on.

This all just confirms that there's no joy for me out there in this part of the game anymore. The girls are young, they really seem like they don't want to be there, they really want to run the show in [I]your[/I] vehicle and they seem very quick to want to argue and fight. That's my general feeling. They just seem like they hate us all. Part of it is probably my fault because often my mouth can't resist, but I don't recall fighting with the girls so regularly as I have since the stroll changed in 2020. After not being out there like that for a while I'll probably hold-off and resume my quick recon patrols through the area while on my way to somewhere. I seem to have chance encounters and better interactions while doing that.
