Well since I happen to be well educated in this area let me fill you in on a little info from my medical journal. If you are unsure what I am by saying my medical journal don't even ask how I have this info.

In short all studies are open to argument and a company selling you a cure all for aids will use it's best case findings scenario. Do condoms help? Yes in many ways. Should you use a condom with someone like a streetwalker or an escort? Yes. Even if you are with an escort who only allows BBFS with you (unlikely scenario) condoms can break and do break often.
