Hey all, I'm new to the forum and area, but not new to the hobby. I haven't utilized a 'spa front' before, so was curious of the logistics. I understand you pay a door fee, but then what's typical? Are rates discussed, or do you just leave a tip in the room automatically? If so, is there a range that's considered 'good'?

Long time lurker, first time poster- so based off reports went to scope these 2 spots out. When I pulled in, I noticed a sign that at business at the end "warning live video available for CMPD" or something to that effect. I looked up and saw 2 cameras. You can see the sign on the Google Street view I checked when I got home. Upon searching the forum, there's been rumblings in years past of Uncle. Any info on this? Definitely spooked me although you will say cameras appeared to be focused near that business but wasn't sure?
Pros:
-Very clean.
-discreet location (it shares space with an often empty event hall and some random beauty place I was the only car).
-excellent massage, and got my full 30.
-standard upgrade is available but nothing more.
-reminds me of Cupid as far as staff age and looks.
-house fee slightly lower than competition.
Cons.
-Not going to find a dime here.
- no other menu options.
All and all- I will return due to great service.

So I tried a massage place in concord. She is licensed and quoted $110 for 90 minutes deep tissue or Swedish. Is that a fair rate these days for just a massage?
But what got me was, is her compulsion to fill out an intake form with my home address, current doctor and emergency contact. She said that I cannot skip the intake form.
Also when I asked for a photo she said she was not comfortable. And I am not comfortable sharing my home address and everything.

If not comfortable with that, go elsewhere. Not all legit therapists will want you to fill a form out. $. 1 is a bit pricey for 90 minutes, Usually runs anywhere from. 8 to $ for legit massage with no fun and games. Might want to try 60 minutes, may save you some money. If you like the massage, you can expand to 90 minutes the next time in.

Walked in and girl said wait in parking lot 30 minutes. Another car parked off to the side a bit behind me for a while then left. So if that was you I'm glad I wasn't running to beat you to the door when a guy finally walked out the front door. Walked in, paid 60 for hour and girl brought me to room. You should have a set of fake info for these places and even for all these legitimate businesses that want to collect personal info. My emergency contact is Ellie Funt. There will always be people sitting in cars waiting because DMV is there. Lots of foot traffic so no one will notice. You're going to find the same conditions at any spa you go to.

Went last Saturday. 30 minutes. 5 to the house, . 6 tip. This wasn't one of the better massages I've had, but this was the best teasing of all time. Based on both of your reviews, I also visited A1. The place is clean on the inside but slightly worn down on the outside.
