Keep in mind if she is working out of an AMP, she still has to pay mama her cut. Back about 30 years ago I went to a lady who ran a tiny shop just outside the gates to a military base in Florida. She charged $15 for 15 minutes. She was a good masseuse and took her training serious. But the money was guys stopping in for a quick HJ. That was the extent of her menu. She saved and invested her money, owning an AMP, a restaurant, and a few doctors offices. She also owned two houses where her girls lived, both AMP and restaurant workers.

I tried this, but it was hard to find. The Boom Boom shops don't want to waste their time with such a small amount of $$, and the girls who work at massage places often don't want to feel like out and out h-es, and both have mama-san taking a cut so they need to pay a house fee so they can't lose that fee (which is what you want). Your best bet is developing a good relationship with an Indy who works out of her home.
