But, if I do not give the same service as the provider they always see, they get mad. Or if I do not comply with certain things they want (can't explain in detail here sorry!) , they get mad. On the other hand, you must inform clients of what and what not can take place between the two of you. That way there, everybody knows the deal. If a client gets pissed off because you stayed within your guidelines, then that's on him. And, if he feels that you did not deliver as per your "do or do nots", then that one is on you.

First off, I'm not busting on DC at all. I just want to make a comment on these posts.
