A manager of one of the stores in the shooping center told me that the owners had a court date a week ago and were ordered to close the spa. Marana police staked out the lot a couple of days later and watched men enter and leave the spa several times. They found it was still open and at least 1 person in the spa lived in the store. All were ordered to leave.
Police are watching the store front to make sure they don't reopen.

It seems that 5 spas in the area were ordered shut by the courts in recent weeks.
