Every time I've done it in the past year, it was always after I got them to take all their clothes off by offering 80-100 and letting one thing lead to another.

If that's specifically what you want and you don't know what the provider is actually willing to do beforehand (or if you just have no skills with women, etc.), you might want to start with a higher offer. In my opinion, extras beyond the standard finish at AMPs are usually not a great value.
