With the change in April Yost didn't even get what he was going for, he only got the part where it was raised to a first degree misdemeanor and he got the john school requirement as well. He originally additionally wanted a john registry and for multiple offenses to be a felony, as well as a drivers license suspension and car impounding. He did not get any of that passed, thankfully. I don't see them being able to pass something like that in time for my generation to take over the political positions. Soon as we get people born in the 40's 50's and 60's out and the 80's and 90's into office I believe we will have our best shot to end this whole "trafficking victim" bullshit and get decriminalization starting just like we have with weed. For any long time residents here, probably not the right forum but why are there multiple bad parts of town everywhere now, especially apartment complexes? I grew up in a pretty rough area, but the conditions people are living in are starting to unsettle me. No I don't expect the places to look like Edith Bunker has been cleaning all day, but it's about as bad as I have seen it. They shouldn't pay rent, maybe they don't, to these clowns. Anyone else get street vision when strolling? The darker it is the worse it gets but it hits me in the daytime as well. Street vision is when you start seeing inanimate objects as walkers. Like out of the corner of my eye I'll see a pole or mailbox and think I saw someone. Or looking down the street get excited about something around a corner that's a trash can as I pull up on it. So much junk and trash in the streets. Once it happens a couple of times I usually pack up and head out.
