Well, I just came back from court this afternoon on that Pandering-Soliciting an Undercover Officer for Sex case. I got an attorney (at $1,500) that was referred to me by a member on here. The attorney kept trying to subpoena or whatever you call it for the prosecutor to send him over the evidence in the case. The prosecutor never sent him a thing and kept pushing back the court date. Also, my attorney kept trying to see if he could get me on some pre-trial diversion program but that never happened.
Went to court finally today in Dekalb courthouse and it was a jammed one. I think I saw one of the guys that was locked up with me on that same night. Anyways, the secretary representing the prosecution called my name and my attorney went to speak to her on behalf of me. He kept asking her if she had any pre-trial diversion programs and she said told him not for a case like this. Really? $50 pandering charge. Smdh. Anyways, she gave him a plea sheet that had the plea of nolo contendere for 12 months probation, must take an STD test now and after 6 months, 40 hours community service, $1,329 in court fees and fines, $39/ month probation for up to 6 months and I can have my case sealed under first offender status after I fulfill all requirements. Damn!! I thought that was a bit fucking excessive for a $50 qv piece of ass. Ridiculous!
My attorney was also finally given the evidence against me. When we got out of the courtroom the attorney showed me everything and told me that the evidence against me was pretty damning. I know that guy, that why I paid you to solve that shit. Smh. He told me the best deal would be for me to take the plea since the best defense would be entrapment, but the case against me once again is pretty damning. Great! I took the fuck ass plea and that shit looked more like a fucking guilty plea. A fucking whole year of probation? Really? Get the fuck out of here with that nonsense.
I felt like I should have just gotten a public defender for free and saved that $1,500 bones. Fucking ridiculous. I just took the plea and got the fuck out of there. I definitely didn't want to take that to trial. I wonder if I could have stalled the court out and see if the prosecution would have came up with a lesser plea deal? I feel like that attorney got over on me. He did explain everything thoroughly to me, but I feel like he wasn't really needed for the most part.

One time I had a dog to kill a neighbor's cat and they fined me 1500. I didn't have at that time so they put me on probation until I paid. Well 3 weeks later I go to report and they say you need to pee in this cup! I said me or my dog! They didn't think it was funny. And.
Thank goodness I was clean by some miracle at that time! Needless to say I paid my fines before I left that day!

I have almost never gotten a break and always ended up paying both the lawyer and the state / county / city. If you want to talk about overpriced hookers, look to any law office. Well I knew this would happen but hoped it wouldn't. Much has been said by me, and many others, on here about how to approach SA. Used wisely you will find many diamonds, albeit most will be "in the rough" LOL. You need to apply a lot of sense to who are approaching and utilize some game getting to the bottom quickly of who you are chatting with.
As has been said before, the dynamic of SA has changed a lot since the demise of BP and CL but even back then this was going on. Find a strategy that works for you. Make a boilerplate message that you put out there. For the most part, ignore the ones that contact you out of the blue and ESPECIALLY the ones who favorite you without viewing your profile. These are the ones that are hunting "low hanging fruit" and will relieve a SIMP of his hard earned cash very quickly.
Personally, I stay away from the younger ones with the vanity pics and profiles that are long and drawn out about themselves. Sure sign of a narcissist with GPS for sure.
Get on there, make a few solid contacts and get off for a bit and play the ones you've met. Damn!! I thought that was a bit fucking excessive for a $50 qv piece of ass. Ridiculous!
My attorney was also finally given the evidence against me. When we got out of the courtroom the attorney showed me everything and told me that the evidence against me was pretty damning. I know that guy, that why I paid you to solve that shit. Smh. He told me the best deal would be for me to take the plea since the best defense would be entrapment, but the case against me once again is pretty damning. Great! I took the fuck ass plea and that shit looked more like a fucking guilty plea. A fucking whole year of probation? Really? Get the fuck out of here with that nonsense.
I felt like I should have just gotten a public defender for free and saved that $1,500 bones. Fucking ridiculous. I just took the plea and got the fuck out of there. Realistically you shouldn't take any deal presented before your Final plea court date. Its the court date where you either work out a plea or go to trial. I scampered to the charging station, checked out the phone and the SO didn't so much as to even look at it. Man, I love the hobby and take extreme precautions. But here's a reminder to always stay on the 1. Could have been disastrous for me. But I am still in business. LOL. ISP will have no clue about your internet activity or browsing history when you are behind a VPN. All traffic is encrypted while on VPN and your ISP will not know what you are doing.
Your search history etc can still be tracked by cookies, site login etc and can be taken care by using a good browser and plugins.

Some VPNs are better than others, but any VPN is better than no VPN. Let them sell your search history if they can get it (the overseers have their ways). What they won't be able to do easily is tie the search history back to you. There are always ways to trace back to you, but as long as you stay off of the dark web, there is really nothing to worry about.
Stay vigilant, cover your tracks as best as possible. As long as you are not doing something egregious, you'll be fine. The only ones with the means to really track you are the FEDs and they are not really interested in hobbyists in general. As long as you stay above the age of 18 and avoid obvious trafficking situations you'll be fine on that end. Now the warden on the other hand, well, do your best.
