I'm from up there originally, in my hometown, that catfentynal has killed numerous of people. Three weeks ago, 5 people in a 5 block circumference OD'd on that mess within an hour.

EBAY has been sued because they allowed recalled products to be sold and Ebay prevailed because they only connect buyers and sellers and have no control over the advertisers or their business. I suspect the same is true here. He is not encouraging or endorsing anything, just providing a place for people to connect with desired services. IMHO this is just political showmanship and BP will prevail in the end, after spending a lot of money on attorney fees.

Backpage was also mentioned in a news release by the USA Immigration and Customs Enforcement where they announced that 17 people have been charged with running an international sex-trafficking ring that imported women from Thailand and forced them into the sex trade. The indictment alleges that the traffickers advertised the women on websites including Backpage.

I agree. I don't understand how DIY is promoting prostitution? Should we also assume the other local AMP's will soon follow suit?
