They are also using private agencies as well. It's a huge deal and the funding is nearly endless. They don't fit the bill so they don't care. It's big, big money running this and whomever ends up in their cross hairs will absolutely be made an example out of. This stuff is so hot right now in ohio that ex military are even involved. People with extensive backgrounds. People who are so intrenched that some were involved in killing Osama bin laden. They have an agenda and money is no object. These people are involved involved to make names for themselves and will pray on everyone involved. They don't even care about who they put in danger. You can't even imagine the things I've heard on the situations that individuals, whom have no business being involved with certain things for lack of safety etc, are being convinced to do. Good people, but stupid. It's appalling and it's evil, especially to the naive whom they are using. The ones pulling the strings have financial and political goals and they do not care what they have to do to get there.

It just doesn't look good anymore if Ohio remains among the top of the trafficking states. (Not sure how they measure that, but that's what they say.) The important thing here is that it definitely means funding, and also a lot of incentive for agencies around here. Whatever you choose, be smart and don't pretend things are the same as they were years ago. My suggestion is to stay with an independent provider that you know and trust, preferably not someone who does a lot of advertising. Also, don't pretend you'll just talk your way past LEO these days. They have ways to make your life very uncomfortable. At least go in with your eyes open.
