HUNTING / INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

I have been fortunate in obtaining a very favorable hunting lease on approximately 2,500 acres of prime agricultural land in Southeastern Texas, near the town of Conroe. This property abounds with wild game, including deer, javelina and quail.

I am asking only a select few friends to join me in this venture. The hunting is great, and the scenery is unlike any place you have ever hunted! Knowing that you are an avid sportsman as well, I was wondering if you would consider joining me in this once in a lifetime investment.

Total shares of the leasehold interest will be allocated based on responses received.
