I haven't heard of them, but my understanding from those who have used The Belladonna, is that they call work only to verify employment by the place you say you work at.
I don't think it's anything you can't brush off at work; just say it was an employment verification by a credit card company that he has.
Just a guess as I'm not even sure since I haven't used The Belladonna just yet.
If I hadn't seen this here I would not have believed it. Guys, please do not use any service which requires that much personal info. There is no reason for it, no excuse for it and if we refuse to use such services they will stop asking for it.
Even if your employer would not care if you got caught or the cops called them or the provider went through with a blackmail threat or whatever, most of us would lose our jobs over this. So help the rest of us and refuse any service which requires this kind of verification. It's way out of line.

I have posted my personal opinions on ad nauseam so I wont go overboard here. I appreciate the need for small, boutique operators to play it safe and suggest you work with them at whatever level you are comfortable with. But I for one refuse to provide any personal info to an agency and echo the sentiments written by Kowabunga. In this day and age, nothing is lost. Even each of these posts are indexed by Google and saved forever. If you provide your actual name and other details to an agency, you can rest assured it will appear on a police report some day.
[NOTE: The Google reference is just an example -- nothing on this board is admissible as evidence, HOWEVER, the same is not true for a client list, which is the first thing LE grabs when busting a AMP or CG service. If you were my employee and used my company name in the context of committing a crime, you better believe you would be fired! Nothing good can come out of providing that level of information]

Anyone who takes comfort from the fact that "nothing on this board is admissible as evidence" is sadly uninformed.
First off, even if it is true that what you write is not admissible into evidence, you could still be subpoenaed to testify personally (assuming LE tracks you down -- say, by subpoenaeing the board's IP logs.) Sure, you could plead the fifth -- until the prosecutor grants you immunity, because he has bigger fish to fry.
But more broadly speaking, what you write on this board can be used as evidence, in some circumstances. Yes, anything you write on this board is hearsay. However, it still can be admitted as evidence, under a number of hearsay exceptions.
I'm assuming that, instead of engaging in a discussion about this, Jackson will censor my post. If you happen to see it beforehand, and want to PM me, go for it.
In any case, be safe and watch how you post. Your best bet is to go to coffeeshops, bars, or other places that offer free wireless -- never from your home connection.
It would seem that RS2k has been around since 2000 duh, but I have never given my work numbers let alone my personal info. Too many chances for LE to get you. They say they destroy all of your info after the date, yea right and who is watching you to confirm the destruction of it. Moonbats?

IIRC, Jackson specifically mentioned the boards servers are based in Montreal, so any info here may not necessarily be admissible in court. Using it as part of an investigation, however, that's a whole other ball of wax.
Hence the recent rash of AMP busts in CT.
As for some providers and their requirement to call your employer for verification, such as The Bella Donna, that's always been my concern. I mean, sure you could brush off the fact the provider called your employer if they ask, but who knows how that might go. Another thing, it seems RS2k takes credit card...and you'd have to be really silly/stupid to use a credit card with [b]ANY[/b] provider.
In The Bella Donna's case, however, they seems pretty darn professional, more than any other provider I've see in Boston. I've only tried Ella Companions and they didn't ask for employer verification; only an ID when you met the lady/ladies.

Easy to deal with, and yes they ask for ID when the girl meets you. Have dealt with them before as twiceasnice2x with Sophia who has since left and now with Carmile. They have been my favorite as far as an agency around here goes. Never had a problem with them in over two years.

I just looked at Bodymiracle.com (Pornstar escort service) and I notice they are also recommending RS2K. This might become a trend.
I've used RS2K a number of times and never had to verify anything. Always chose the half, always had a very good time. Never the same girl twice.
