I really don't know much about the street or strip clubs scene since I don't go there often. I live in the suburbs near Krome and all the action is on the east side of Miami. No more 8st and Flagler street scenes unless you're east of 17ave and you may find one. I saw 2 BSW's on flagler and 12ave. One was old, a little heavy and ugly and the other one was fine. I regonize the screen name Ron W. from years of posting so I know he is a regular.
I think it was more about him showing his credibility than anything else.

If you can afford it Coral Gables is great.

Also you could live just over the bridge- 71st - Bay Islands, close to channel 7 news is affordable and close to almost everything.
It just depends if you want to rely on 95, turnpike, etc. and the quality of life.
Pembroke Pines and Miramar out in western broward county are really nice, new homes and fairly affordable.
Hard to pinpoint for you, but if you want to know where not to live, go back and read some of Glenn's reports about the streets of overtown and surrounding areas.

I hooked up with one one BSW on that corner... and that was during the day. That was the only time I ever saw anything/anyone there looking for action.
