There are past posts about an AMP near the MCI Center called the Sun Club Spa, but noone provides name/address etc. Searching the online phone book (bigyellow dot com) for Sun Club gets nothing, but it will give some listings near there you may want to check out, such as:

Here's my report for the past couple of days. My schedule actually had me in town for a few days but up in DC early 0400 for meetings.
Monday I was happy to see about ten students out working. Unfortunatley the Hall Monitors were talking with about eight of them for over an hour. Finally picked up Becky (6 at best) on the K Loop. The first thing that hit me was the smell. I don't want to appear too harsh but it was the combination of way too many cigerettes and funky ass. Maybe she was slowly rotting due to all of the rain. I've smelled burned flesh as well as bodies pulled from the water after spending some weeks floating. Nothing compared to her. She tried like hell to get me to donate large for her books but I had only enough time for a quick study. I tried to drop her off where I picked her up but missed my turn because the odor was so distracting. I asked her if she would really get a long study at this hour (and thinking to myself with that smell..) and she said yes. Asked her why the Hall Monitors were being so active and she said because they were very bored. I drove around the belt loop at 100 mph trying to get the smell out of my car. If one of you has a fetish for odor she's your girl.
Tuesday I saw only three students one of them being Becky. My nose started to cringe upon site so I passed quickly. No one else was worth the time so I headed down NY to try Texaco. I have never had any luck there and true to form I didn't last night either. Decided to take it all as a sign and move on.

I'm not in DC as often as I'd like to be. I live in NC and hit the spas in GSO all of twice before the shit hit the fan there. I didn't consider myself a rookie, but I guess I am. Next time I'm in DC, I probably still won't return to CPHC. They apparently have some dimes working, but I have trouble patronizing anybody that would turn me away.. even if I can see why they might do so. Of course, only they know whether they did it because they were afraid I was LE or they just didn't like me being there. I should add, though, that whatever-her-name-was complimented me on my skin during the shower. And remember the undo extra time spent soaping my ass..haha. She wasn't too put off. Really, the more I think about it, I think maybe I just fucked up with offering the dough too soon. (Although it never caused me a problem before.)
I've learned much more from the experience than if all would've gone smoothly. Thanks to those of you that post here, I have much more perspective on the issue. So, thanks; and please continue to share.

What's the deal with New World? Are they shut down? If they're still in business, I highly recommend a visit. I've never gotten anything worse than an 8 there.
Any tips on karaoke bars? I've got a few out my way that only open after midnight and seem to have a highly unusual number of young girls in evening gowns working the secluded back karaoke rooms. I have no problem getting in an ordering a drink, but the girls only pay attention to the Asian guys.

Funny, you admit that you fucked up, but seem unwilling to self examine to determine the cause. Instead you seem to prefer to be baffled by your treatment as if it's "their" fault. Horseshit! If ten or twenty or a hundred guys go through that door and have identical experiences, but when you go in you have a different experience, odds are it was something to do with you, be it looks, smell, etc. I suspect that the problem was and is attitude more than anything else.
Tell you what, anytime you like, you, me and Black go out on the town in Baltimore and DC and party and let's see what happens. I am willing to bet that we get treated fine whether it's AMP's or strip clubs. I will also bet that you will be surprised by the reception that I will get at the black clubs

I found some information indicating that BSWs may also be found along Eastern Avenue, SE. Off of New York Ave / Rte 50. Got the impression that these are on the lower end of the scale. Did a search and found no references to Eastern Ave. so thought it worth a mention.
There was also discussion of some occaisional WSW & BSW action off of Kennedy St, NW but not sure of the cross streets.
I have not had a chance to check these out but wondered of anyone else here was familiar with those scenes.

Good call trashman. Like i have mentioned earlier I am also Black but have never had any trouble getting service from AMP's in DC. Now in VA i had trouble getting service from HWC located in Woodbridge and that was for the plain simple reason that they just didnt trust me. I had never been there before and they thought i was LE. Now in VA they hardley take any chances and bascially let me know that if i went there again i would have gotten FS. I have gone there again and i have had GREAT FS.
However, AMP's in are bascially are sure thing. I mean fo real you have to F up big time like Fordster to NOT get service. NEVER NEVER go in an AMP anywhere demanding FS thats just Dumb! I mean even i know that and i still consider myself green.
I my humble experience i have found that the girls are more curious than afraid of Black dick's. The biggest turn on for them is attitude.
