European Wax Center in Cville is no longer accepting male clients for Brazilians. Confirmed via their website and a phone call. Not sure if they briefly did provide those services and something happened, or the one person willing to wax men quit, or what.
The Richmond (Short Pump) location still offers this service for men. Nice thing about their website is it lets you choose your "specialist" when booking. Judging by the names, all appear to be female.

Someone with the time and inclination should threaten or push legal action against these places. Just I imagine the holy hell that would be raised if a woman went to get a procedure done at a spa or business and they said "sorry, we don't accept women as clients". That business would end up getting sued, cancelled, and possibly shut down. If they say men aren't accepted, "okay. Thanks. I guess I'll keep looking. " WTF?
