They just might have it under better control and are keeping it better hidden. Look at all the functioning alcoholics that are able to keep a job and than go home after work and get drunk every night. Drug addicts are able to do the same thing. They might only do enough to keep from getting sick and high, but that's still a habit.

Some of them come to Cleveland and I assume those girls are not heavy users. A heavy user will not travel because they need to be near their dealer. Other than those high buck traveling escorts that are on Eros, most of the local girls on back page are using.
