I had to pass through UPH yesterday.
Saw a few, notably a BSW with big hair, may have scoped her out before. However I was not trying to pick anyone up, and was just going to McD's while passing through, I did look at her, as she looked okay, but I didn't give her 'the look'. Yet, she kept giving me the look back, and even staying close while I parked, and kept staring hard. As I walked in without a look towards her, she got the picture, and kept moving along. It sucked, because she looked good for a SW, and I think I've seen her before and wanted to do something but couldn't.
However as if, I'm going to park right there at McD's and have you get into my car to do business? I KNOW a LOT of mongers don't care and will drive their work's livery vehicles right to a hot spot to pick up. I can never fully blame a girl for doing something I see as stupid, as there are far more people that allow them to do these things than won't. A few weeks ago I FINALLY made an exception to pick ups, and as I described, it wouldn't have looked like a pick-up to any passers by. The girl from UPH, just way too obvious.
I will try under the right circumstances to get this one.
The last couple of days I've seen a blonde with grey on top (either it is dyed grey or she is way older than she looks from a distance). She was wearing acid wash jeans and a hoodie, in the usual Glenway / Warsaw area. So I watched her get scooped up several times, but minutes later she was back on the street. So either she has magic lips no man can resist for more than 2 minutes and she needs lots of cash, or some red flag made mongers quickly kick her to the curb. Didn't have time to find out for myself. Just wondering if anybody knows her?

I haven't scooped up a S. W. In over a decade or more but with the warmer weather months coming up and the lack of women available for incall I have been thinking about it. I have only been in cincy for 3 years and have no idea where to look. I stay out on the eastside and not that familiar with downtown. Maybe some of y'all could inbox me the best and safest spots to look. Street names and towns are a big help. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes, it's a good idea to circle at least 2 blocks around the target: not too close or you'll run right into the cops. If you see anyone sitting in their car or standing around be suspicious. It helps if you have binnoculars.
Watch the girl. If she's only gone 15 minutes or so it probably is a sting. The sting involves getting you and your car into an alley where you can be quickly pulled out while an officer drives your car to the lot. The lot is where they hold the car and the johns they captured. The idea is to get the girl back on the corner to draw more flies. Still, this takes a few minutes, even for a good crew.
Also, you don't have to get the girl that night. If she's real you'll see her again. Most decoys aren't out more than a few times. Take your time.
I remember watching one young kid park in the middle of the intersection. He was begging for it. I pulled into an alley to watch. The decoy didn't get him to pull into an alley. It was over in about a minute.
Another thought: don't think you're off the hook because you didn't go into the alley. Most crews will arrest you for talking to a decoy. So, don't. And, don't signal. I suspect that it would be easy to track and get to know the cars of single men who cruise these areas. There's a very specific series of roads that the guys will take. And logistics means they will take them in sequence. A few cops rotating through a few areas over a few weeks taking some notes, and I bet they could have a pretty intuitive database of hard core johns. Easier with cameras and looking at the log data. If the cops wanted to shut down prostitution of the SW kind, it would be very easy.
But. Reverse stings as you've described where the girl gets in the car seem risky. Others can perhaps chime in, but I've never heard of it actually happening, just speculation. And 15 minutes is also enough time to deal drugs (most drug dealers are mobile, now) or give some guy a blowjob who is quick to the finish-line, as I gather many SW patrons seem to be. And then there's the newer SW who wants 40 $ for head and isn't budging because she can make more from BP / CL / Etc. They will get dropped off real quick when the $10-20 guys find they can't talk her down. And the girl who looks decent on approach, but once you get her in your car you just feel bad for her, not attracted to her, or she's a tranny, etc.

When you look at their statistics, it is not about convictions its about arrests (which include citations with no trip downtown). So they then use these numbers to apply for grants to fund more stings. Kind of funny how the general public is not aware of the games. However I think the new overtime scandal will create more scrutiny over the PD.
Second they already are keeping track of plates, if you have ever been followed by a cruiser in a "hot zone" most likely your plates have been run through l. E. a. D. s. And your info as well as time of day and location has been saved. They can then use this later to prove "habitual loitering" in an area common for "pick ups", if your ever busted with a SW.

If your address isn't around that area, and the cops knows what's up, they'll probably follow you until you slip up and give them probable cause for a stop. And if they want to, they will, and you'll be too nervous to know or care if it's legit.
