#1 Spa on Hillsborough YMMFV
I cashed in 6 months of spare change that was accumulating in my car and head up to the local (for me anyway) rub and tug. Previous sessions there have been pretty damn good so I expected nothing but the same service.
Sadly, yesterday was not the case. Maybe it was bad timing or just a bad day of the week. Just giving you a heads up that YMMV.
This was the first time going with the HH. Do shops normally don't offer the TS with HH? None was offered to me. But with that being said, when I first got to the room, another monger just started his TS. It must have been a nice TS since he was in there a full 15-20 minutes!
I feel ripped off in a way, but maybe the communication between me and the girl wasn't clear enough. Or maybe she mistook Benji and Jackson on the table as two Jacksons. Anyhow, it'll be awhile before I play there again.

I get to Tampa every 6-8 weeks. Usually I get warmed up at Ybor Strip / Scarlets (But now that the curtains are gone.) and then get some dinner and either head back or to the Gold Club or an AMP.
I've been to Orange and Crystal but have not been to Kim's.
While the service is generally consistent the beauties can be hit or miss.

I've had the worst luck at AMPs lately. It started a while back and continues. My trip to Kim's had me parked in the sauna for 15 to 20 minutes and was told no to DATY /69 which was a turn off. Ocean has been a bust unless it has been Crystal or Anna including one time I walked out with less money than I had spent. I tried Hippi and was offered a handshake for $, $. 2 for disrobe, nothing more. Same at what was BestBodywork just up Dale Mabry. I was going to try Lucky, but the reviews have been bad lately. So far, the best time I have had has been a visit with Mimi at Orange, who has been reviewed here several times.

I went to decided to hit up the massage place on Busch. The ad had me curious because it says nuru that there are pretty new girls. Last time I dropped by, there was only one woman who looked to be in her 60's at least. I wasn't expecting too much.
First off, there is something that may be a church next door and a "recording studio" above. The first time I swung by, there were almost no parking spots, and a lot of people hanging around, including a lot of kids. I decided to try back later. On the first return, there were fewer people in the parking lot. But, there were at least five shady looking guys in the parking lot and in front of the door as well as a few on the second floor and still bad parking. I came back at around 9 pm. There was parking at the building finally. Of course, there were a couple of guys standing on the balcony, one in front of the church or what ever it is next door and one around the side of the building. I decided it was safe enough to head in.
I was greeted by a woman who was probably in her late thirties at best, but she had a decent face. House fee was. 7 and I asked about nuru. "Yes, sure baby. . 7" That was my first warning. After paying up and heading back, she was my attendant. I wasn't expecting the girl in the ad, but was expecting late 20's to late 30's. Also, she looked a bit doughy in the middle.
In the room, she bade me to disrobe and lay face down. No offer of a TS. It was a standard table, so no nuru even though I said that was what I wanted.
She came back in and started with a oil massage. Her hands were calloused and I was glad for the oil. I again said I wanted nuru and she responded "Ok baby" and kept up the oil massage. From casual touching, I determined that she was very flabby around the middle and probably in the early to late 40's. She ended up leaving the room three or four times to talk to someone or because the door chimed. Eventually she left and came back with a hot wet towel to "clean" my back.
On the flip, more oil massage. Soon, she was grazing the good but wasn't feeling it. She asked if I wanted to shake hands or have a conversation. I said no, not interested because I wanted nuru. She then responded with "Ok Baby" and again asked about a hand shake. That is when I realized she had no clue what I was saying. She knew maybe ten words in English and had no clue what nuru was. I just said no and had her continue the massage. Longer the massage went, the older she seemed. I think I was shorted on the time but I wasn't going to bother complaining. She begged a tip and left. 2 because I won't be back.
And, I still felt a little oily.
The only saving grace was that the massage was decent.
I'm still looking for a place to visit regularly. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, what are the prices for nuru at Ritz / L&L and who is a good provider for same?
