There is a game room next to Happiness. Let's keep in mind this is tourist season for a lot of people and if you are looking for an AMP you might wander up the wrong flight of stairs and knock on the wrong door. The strip clubs close to Happiness also bring a lot of foot traffic. Also some people are shy about being seen walking into an AMP so they might sit outside for 15-20 minutes on their phone to work up confidence. The game room has cameras pointing outside as well. Those guys aren't going to bother you as long as you show them you are willing to mind your own business. Game rooms do get robbed from time to time.
