A friend of mine asked me to post it here as he doesn't have an account here. Here is what he told me.
Overall: didn't go through. Fell apart on the last minute! He is never going back as he also found the reviews over hyped on her pics (having met her in person).
Punctuality: none. He made plans to meet up by texting earlier, decided to text when he left so as to give a 30 min. Notice. Did just that and fast forward 90 minutes, with a lot of standard excuses, taking a shower, brushing my teeth, someone is picking up my daughter etc. Etc. - all the while he was running his car. So he had to get gas so she was 20 bucks short for her hhr.
When they finally met, she didn't seem anywhere close to have taken shower. Had a roomie in the house (female) and when he mentioned that he was short on 20, she showed him out as it wasn't worth her time. All the while he wasted 2 hrs roaming around!
Any more information, you should talk to my friend. I really don't want to be mediator. But can help only if you are active on the board.

He did not have to keep his car running, so if he had to get more gas, that was on him. He didn't have to wait 2 hours for her, but since he accepted her excuses instead of just bolting, that wasted time was on him as well.
If the provider changes the plans, and you accept those changes, that's on you. If you arrive at the incall location on time, and they're not ready, and you leave, then that's on THEM.
