She did try to upsell me by offering more time for more donation. I held firm to the agreed upon arrangement. She asked for the donation upfront. I pulled it out, but put it back after she saw it. Probably a dumb thing to do, but I use my intuition and it's served me pretty well.

I've given plenty of rides. Most of them for people I've met before. Sometimes just to be nice. Stuff like car play, you kind of have to give rides. It's not too different than picking up a SW.
