The whole Top Tier is over rated. IMO. It is personal choice. I have went to a supposed Top Tier and turned around and walked out. What some describe as top tier is not IMO. I have tried in the past to call out total BS reports (extreme BS) and these foos just parrot the same old "YMMV" lines, like we don't do our diligence. Use this site to know the places to avoid, but also what gets the job done. The most accurate reports are FR usually less than a paragraph.
