Very strange when your only commodity is the service you provide. Just thinking about it on a simple level: If you sell a service, then you depend on good reviews to encourage more business. Requesting no reviews is basically asking that nobody promote them or send business their way.

Not really. Though I've never seen a backpage girl make that request, a lot of elite providers (who give excellent service) don't want their exploits detailed on the web. And they don't depend on reviews. There are quite a few girls that I've spent time with that I won't talk about here because I respect that request. (If they were to give terrible service, it would be a different story).
I don't think that her asking not to be reviewed means she's doing something underhanded, she's probably just trying to make herself appear exclusive. It most likely won't work.

I can understand being asked afterwards not to do a review to minimize exposure but not from the start. Just strange but then what isn't?

I should clarify my report. When I saw her in person, I did not care who was in the photo. All of the brazilian girls who advertise on CL and BP appear to be copying each other. $.60 hhr, $$ hr.
