Why, not really sure other than they stay plenty busy right where they are. While they do have a good stable of ladies on their website only 2 to 6 are available any given day so maybe it's all they can do to keep Indy staffed. I am sure there are a few other reasons but I won't speculate. DI is clearly open to operating in other cities and in fact I saw Melanie in Des Moines. Many (not all) of the DI ladies are not local to Indy, they fly in from Miami, Vegas and a couple from out of the country. I agree if one ventured this way she would do very well. DI rates are climbing as of late making it harder to justify the investment of the travel time and expense on top of the rates, they are clearly some of the best in the midwest though and I have enjoyed their company for several years now.
