It has been suggested that because she has kids, she doesn't work much around the holidays. [/QUOTE]This is less useful on a phone call for setting an appointment but for in person visits modern phones are amazing at doing real time translations, this has eliminated any anxiety or concerns for me that the provider won't know what I am specifically looking for and what our $$ understanding is.
