1. Focusing on doing the 1 pop is definitely a sign, a lot of pros know they can overcharge for msog and put a premium on it.
2. If she's hosting and it's a hotel, most pros I've seen or looked into will only host from hotels, and its the rare, niche, or high-end escort / pro that will host from their own place.
3. Asking if you're associated with LE is an almost sure-fire way to spot a pro, but not all of them do it, even in their own scene.
4. A hard stop on price would be telling to me too, but this is one where I'd defer to those more experienced in the SB scene, cause I don't know how up to bargaining most are.

#1 I'd refine to hosting in a hotel. There are definitely legitimate SBs that can host in their own apartments. It's the exception rather than the rule, but it can happen. But I'd be careful with this setup, at least unless you've had a meet and greet. There are more than enough stories floating around of this kind of arrangement leading to scam, theft, or worse.
#3 You'd hope for better than this from a SB, but if the connection's not there or she's out for the quick buck even without being 'pro', you could end up with a quickie. Especially frustrating if you've paid a SB price and arranged a hotel, etc and got the equivalent of a cheap pro half hour session.
I would add to the list detailed negotiating specific prices for specific acts. I know some guys lead the girls into this because they insist on certain things, but in my experience if a girl has a 'menu' in their head then they're operating much more as a pro than looking for a mutual arrangement.
That pros are less likely to bargain than newbie SA women. Certainly not scientific. Just based on my own experiences. And I am not talking hard bargaining but have on many occasions responded to the first ask with a reply of "oh, I am sorry, that is more than I am comfortable with. Best of luck".

Sometimes the words they use can be a tell tale sign of being a pro. I've had some ask me via text what "donation" I offer. That's an escort word not an SB word in my opinion. If you've never hobbied on the pro side of things, it can be more difficult to get a good read but there are nuances in how they communicate (tone, frequency, details) that also help filter out the true pro's.
