For obvious reasons, a 900 dollar impound fee is an important source of revenue for the city. Jumped in the car and IMMEDIATELY starts messing up my radio, playing it full blast. I think she did this to hide any noise of her searching the passenger side of my car (I don't keep any valuables there, but after dropping her off I found my glovebox and map pocket contents on the floor).
