Since I do not have any recent encounter experience from MC area, let me share an encounter I had almost 2 years ago in MC.

It was a Kentland spa. You can search group with Kentland keyword for the name. The place is quite infamous for their unhygienic setup. Anyway it wasn't that bad couple of years ago. Drew Katie! It is nice to know the lady is still giving good service or bad service. What really helps is when good reviews turn bad or vise versa. We all have different tastes. I have found a couple guys that seem to like the same things I do, so I tend to trust their reviews more. I also trade DMs with them. This is when you get and give the best information. There is most likely guys out there that will find their tastes are similar to yours. They may start trading DMs with you.

If you like AMPs, rubmaps is a good option. It has reviews on places rarely covered here. It groups the reviews by state, city and finally AMP name. It makes it real easy to go through reviews to figure out which places do and do not offer a HE and which kind of HE. You can tell when Hoard Co started its crack down. A couple places mainly had FS reviews and then suddenly they were HJ reviews. I do supplement the information there with the information here. You can always use more information.

Reading the forum will give you some leads.

Montgomery County hasn't had much action since the crackdown in the early 2000's, but there are a handful of providers still working. An example is Luba, a Ukrainian provider who also advertises as Marianna. She's been around since the 1990's, is well into the GILF age range and provides a limited service menu, but she still gets some decent reviews from mongers. There are also one or two European places around Bethesda. There was a brief lull about five years ago, which is the last time I mongered in Montgomery, before our least favorite uncle began cracking down again on consenting adults simply because an exchange of money is involved.

Now it's your turn to go out, sample what's out there and file a report. Even if you visit a MP which appears promising and nothing happens on the flip, please file a report and contribute valuable intelligence to the forum.

She started out with really good reviews; however, all the recent reviews were about her penchant for drastically shorting guys on time. I prefer 90-120 minute sessions, so I'm not interested in being pushed out in 15-30.

Previously known as Waterfall Spa, this was my favorite location in MOCO for a while. There was one girl in particular, Yuki, that was outstanding. 5'4", bolt on Ds, and incredibly hot, particularly for this area. A great massage followed by a first rate HE the first few visits, but over time became FS. She said she was going on vacation and would be back in a month or two but that didn't happen. Since then I have been back several times. New girls, generally attractive and happy to provide a HE ($0. 6), but with few extras. And those rather pricey. Have come to accept the fact that this is likely all we are going to see around here and that I will have to make the occasional trip out to Greenbelt if I want anything more.

Vivian provides a consistently great massage with good technique and a pretty good standard NOVA finish for $. Total. Not sure if anyone visited her before or not but worth checking imo.

Angel foot: Been here a couple of times. Some girls there do HE OTC roaming only for .6 more. Ok massages. If you go as always let them ask you first. One warning about this place though. She was probably closer to 5'2" and late 30's, although she kept her mask on the entire time so it was hard to tell. Spent 90 minutes with her which she gave a decent massage and on the flip, the only option given was a HE. Ended up tipping her. 8 for the service and disappointed more wasn't offered.
