This is happening with many treatments in the medical community. There is a large concern that due to our overuse of antibiotics diseases may eventually become immune to all (current) antibiotic treatment. You can read about it if you want to do a bit of Google-fu. I remember buying a book on this topic at the airport in 2009 and some doctors were already raising the alarm about drug resistant viruses. This is part of the United States pill epidemic.
Nothing beats going BB sex but I refrain from BB (even BBBJ) with sex providers. My reason is I'm a single guy and always open to striking up an intimate relationship with a non-provider girl if things happened. It can happen quickly and would have no time to get checked out if I'm clean. I certainly would want to be sure I'm clean and not worry for my part if it ends up as no condom spontaneous sex. And if I caught something, then I'd know it was from her. If a provider leads you to believe that she only does BB with you, can you really believe that? Also, there are some guys that tip a hell of a lot more than the regular customer and I'm sure the chances of BBFS service happening there goes up. Not every provider would turn down a $500 or $1 K tip for BBFSCIP with a repeating customer. Same guys that can wager $5-10 K a night at the crap tables on a Vegas trip (which is really not that extreme for the guys making good money or with an inheritance).
I would not do BB with providers if I were having BB sex with an SO or GF. Would be totally irresponsible of me even if the relationship sucks. In addition to being unfaithful, it's also risking her health.
But if I was never going to have a GF, then I wouldn't give a shit and I'd be out there doing BB sex with providers. Haha, I think my AMP challenge would then be seeing what it takes to get BBFS from a provider who normally does not do BBFS.

I understand you have no real intention of actually doing this. Even so, that "I wouldn't give a shit" attitude deserves some scrutiny: If you went totally BB and never caught anything, all well and good. But BB is always a roll of the dice. What if you did catch something? Now it isn't just all about you and your personal pleasure any more. Now you have to consider that if you continue having sex with providers, you could pass your infection to one or more of them. For us mongers this is simply a hobby, but for the providers it's their means of making a living. You could literally destroy a life or three with your thoughtless ego-driven actions. Add to this, the fact you could be the cause of having assisted in spreading the infection to your brother mongers via providers you infected. Nobody really wants to think about this dark side, but I'm here to tell you, it happens. I was just damned lucky all I caught was HPV genital warts. But no matter; I still have had to voluntarily give up all mongering activities or face the guilty consequences of my selfish actions.
I don't drink alcohol, and don't have that problem. But I believe I can almost imagine what it must be like for an alcoholic in recovery to wake up every morning and want to take a drink, and have to summon up the will-power not to do it. Every day I think about going mongering and cannot. In fact never again if I can't figure out how to eliminate this virus from my body.

Most likely case, you take a pill or get a shot and are out of commission (aka no sex) a couple weeks. Then its like riding a bike again. You get on and start peddling, maybe you fall again but you just pick yourself up and start riding again.

Basically meant I wouldn't give a shit worrying about catching anything for myself. Of course, if I knew I caught something I surely would not intentionally pass it on to providers. But there's always a latency period before noticing symptoms of any STD (bacterial or viral) when going BBFS and if banging daily, something will get passed on without a mongerer's knowledge until after getting symptoms. But some STDs may not give any obvious symptoms either.

They cannot eliminate viruses. And, at least as relates to the most common STD, this being HPV, this is a class of viruses simply not treatable with any existing pharmaceutical drugs, AFAIK.

However, soon as they feel better they quit taking their medicine because they don't have the money to buy more. As a result, many times they don't finish the course of the antibiotic! When they do this, the bug builds immunity to the drug! This is apparently is one big reason these microbes are building immunity to these medications. Then these people come to first world countries and bring the immune microbes with them.
The provider and monger community is a funny demographic and I wonder what the true stats would be? Probably the most common would be something spread from oral to genital or mouth to mouth based on the kinds of activity you see reported.

But it probably is difficult for the Department of Health over here in Hawaii to get true statistics/numbers of STDs among providers and mongerers. I don't think most providers would want to admit that they are prostitutes. Nor I'd think most mongerers would want to admit to consorting with prostitutes. A very few might admit to it but probably only a very small percentage so the data would not be accurate. Honolulu is too small of a place compared to somewhere like LA.
