Looking at Google Maps it was the corner of [b]Drake Park Street[/b] and [b]Hunts Point Avenue[/b] is where it used to be. (Any original playas out there can back me up on that?).

Too Long.

The special that you are referring to is the HBO Documentary,"Hookers At The Point", by Brent Owens. There were two more films,"Hookers At The Point:Going Out Again", and "Hookers At The Point: Five Years Later". As far as the two SW's mentioned, Cindy and Angel (aka :The School Teacher") , both are retired from the stroll. The only pimp that she had was her boyfriend / common law husband,"Sinbad", who was serving time for a illegal gun possession charge.

Now, the stroll is more localized on certain streets. But, the volume of SWs is not quite the same as it was when the film premired 14 years ago.

That whole park across from the triangle (Where the tombstones are) is where the transvestites used to work, that was their spot. From what I hear about the GOAT, it sounded like the best strip club ever back in the day. Unfortunately, there was no internet back then, so I didn't find out about the Goat until 97 and it was closed by then.
