Drive down Mich Ave from from Livernois to Wyoming and you see a lot of new business which is an improvement. I don't think the residents want the pimps and hookers back. Prostitution has moved off the streets into the hotels in the surrounding suburbs. That is how they do it in Windsor and it is legal there.

Don't overestimate the council my friend. They're as lazy as they are incompotent. Especially when the cameras aren't around. The city will soon realize the LE manpower it takes to watch three MAJOR casinos. They should have curbed crime before the casinos. It'll be like 2 Detroits. Downtown and the other one.
