That young with that much money and he's paying 2-4 times as much as he needs to and then catching feelings based on barely any interactions. Seems like the dude was expecting a real relationship and got let down when it became clear that was not the case. Clearly he spent too much money. I like the story about the stinky pussy. That must have been a real buzz kill haha. The flakiness and poor communication are something I can relate to. I know from your posts you are big on setting clear expectations, but I have found in life that once flakey, always flakey.

By setting some clear expectations I don't waste mental energy wondering if someone will text back. Feels like shitty high school drama all over again. Occasionally it's worked out where the SB wants to work things out and we at least have at least a few good sessions (so. Had sex, no regrets) but to your point they always revert to form and flake out.
