She is just playing it cool. Happy can afford to take time off to avoid risk. I also have a feeling that the Co-Op with CDS wasnt exactly to her liking. That Co-Op was also part of the risk. She can't control what the other side of the house does but, in the arrangement she will go down if they do because its the same ship.
