[blue]That's because there is only one place in the US where it's legal and there's a 50/50 split with the house so that doubles the price.
In Germany getting a blow job in an FKK is about 50 euros. FS is around 100.
Here in Argentina it's completely legal and competition is fucking fierce, there are 30,000 sex workers in Buenos Aires, that, less than the cost of living keeps the price down and quality up.
It's literally the oldest job in the world, time for the US to admit it's been going on forever and make it legal. Legalization also cuts down on both trafficking and rape. I know it's fashionable to say that rape isn't a crime of passion but that's not what the data from the Rhode Island mistake says.

A2[/blue][/QUOTE]I think that article about Rhode Island confuses legalization with decriminalization. Rhode Island decriminalized prostitution for a while and yes it turned out to be a very good thing. I prefer decriminalization because quite frankly they haven't found a decent model for legal prostitution that is good for both the provider and the client.
Venezuela and Germany may indeed have very cheap rates but I don't think they are very good examples of countries with legal prostitution that we want the US to aspire to. Venezuela has had some serious economic problems within the last few years which is why so many women are turning to sex work. These women are even going as far as Columbia because they actually get paid better there. Germany is also another bad example because brothels there are full of eastern European women who may or may not be trafficked and STD rates are on the rise from brothels that are "no taboos". Frankly I can't imagine anyone willing to do sex work for 50 bucks a pop all day every day unless they are drug users.
I honestly don't think the US will legalize / decriminalization sex work anytime soon. It may not seem like it from the media but we are still a very conservative country with supposedly very religious politicians. To achieve this you would need to change the attitudes of the general public by quite a bit. After all we are all drug addicted, disease infested, seriously mentally ill or trafficked right or all four right? Then in order to have the pussy heaven at Super low rates you would need to make sex work look lucrative in a country where there are plenty of other opportunities for jobs. I suppose we can all start by presenting a good image of a sex worker / client to change perceptions but that would involve being open about taking part in this world. Quite frankly I just can't see the US ever being a place where hot co eds without mental issues or serious addictions will do sex work at such a low rate unless we have another great depression and I don't think any of us want that.
