As far as getting to the point you can usually tell when the right time is, some get offended if you get there to soon, to bluntly or just crude.

As far as many of them going dark, some of them are actually doing you a favor considering some of the demons that they are battling. It may be as simple as she didn't add "minutes" to her phone; I've had a few message me on SA to say that and we continue the communication on an Internet texting app. Others may have simply found a better offer or two. You have to acknowledge that you and some of the gals may not have the necessary chemistry to move forward. I have a hard time with those Millennials, so I keep the communication to a minimum unless I want to keep consulting The Urban Dictionary to decipher what they are saying. I get a follow-up text asking "WTF dude!" and I tell them that I only use the site to establish communication and I don't check the messages often. The employees were having some type of team meeting in the outside area, a table in the corner, and she was stunning even by Twin Peaks standards (well, by my standards, not the good Doc's standards). The brunette with her in the pic is also on SA I believe; I'd have to find that info. You gotta love the brutal honesty when those under 21 list their drinking status as anything other than "non-drinker" (or leave it blank). Just a quick tip for all, search for "waitress" or "server" as the occupation, glance at the list, and make sure that you pay careful attention when you are out and about the various eating establishments. A few put that occupation when they are not actually waitresses but the list has worked out well for me and my situational awareness.
