Is it fair or even realistic to have those international standards and apply it here locally? Many providers here in Hawaii do covered services, so is it like trying to compare apples to oranges? You listed VIP, Ichiban, Nirvana and Tokyo Spa, and in all those AMPs I had fun. Covered. Yes, but that did not prevent me from having fun.
